MOT Guidance

The Government have confirmed that MOTs due after 30 March 2020 will be extended for six months. This is good news, but it’s really important you keep your vehicle roadworthy, as you could be prosecuted if you drive an unsafe vehicle.

If your MOT was due before 30 March 2020, contact us by calling 01282 696351 as soon as possible, and don’t drive it in the meantime.

Safety Recall

Most manufacturers are still supporting safety recalls – please contact your local main dealer to book in or get advice on the urgency. If your local main dealer has closed, please contact a direct line. When a recall is not possible, the vehicle must not be driven. Non-essential upgrades or updates the dealerships can make during a service are not essential and can wait until government restrictions on movement are lifted.
